The Application of High Consistency Pulp Refiner in the Pulping Process of Paper Machine
1.Chemical mechanical pulp grinding is similar to chemical mechanical pulp grinding. Paper mills that purchase commercial chemical mechanical pulp generally use disc mills (mostly conical mills) to loosen and adjust the paper packaging, making it suitable for online copying;
2.In a self-made pulp factory, high concentration grinding is used to directly grind the pulp to the target free degree during the pulping process. The effect of beating (grinding) on the fiber morphology of chemical mechanical pulp. During the pretreatment process of chemical mechanical pulp, the fiber raw materials are subjected to the action of chemicals and higher temperatures, resulting in the softening of the intercellular layer. Therefore, during high concentration grinding, fiber cells mainly separate in the intercellular layer, retaining a relatively complete primary wall (i.e. P layer) and secondary wall outer layer (i.e. S layer).
3.In chemical mechanical pulp, fiber cells in raw wood mainly exist in three forms: intact fibers, fiber bundles, and fiber fragments. In addition, the yield of chemical mechanical pulp is generally between 85% and 90%.
Therefore, this pulping method retains most of the lignin in the fiber raw materials, and the high lignin content hinders the water absorption and swelling of the fibers, making the chemical mechanical pulp fibers hard and brittle.
