Pulp making section:
Pulping is the first step in papermaking. Generally, there are three methods for converting wood into pulp: mechanical pulping, chemical pulping and semi-chemical pulping.
At present, the papermaking raw materials used by large paper mills are processed wood pulp and recycled waste paper.
In the papermaking section (papermaking section), the prepared pulp is uniformly interwoven and dehydrated, and then dried, calendered, rolled, cut, and packaged.
Some advantages of using waste paper to make paper:
1. Reduce operating costs, reduce process steps, and can directly make pulp and paper.
2. Save energy (such as water, electricity, coal) and labor resources;
3. Reduce raw material costs and product costs, enhance the market competitiveness and share of goods, and improve corporate efficiency;
4. Some people abroad call waste paper "the forest in the city". The use of waste paper itself plays a positive role in reducing our living environment and solid waste pollution;
5. Green industry, sustainable development, strong support from the state.
