PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The production process of testliner kraft paper making machine mainly includes the following steps:
Raw material selection: The main raw material for cardboard boxes is waste paper, including waste from cardboard factories, shopping bags from supermarkets, and office waste paper. These waste paper resources are collected and classified to meet production needs.
1.Pulping: The selected raw materials are placed in the pulping machine and soaked in water, then the high-speed mixer is started to beat the pulp. The slurry is heated and treated with chemicals such as deinking and bleaching, ultimately producing high-quality pulp.
2.Paper making: The pulp is fed into a paper machine and pressed and washed by a rotating roller to form a layer of paper with consistent and uniform thickness. The paper is processed through processes such as calendering and cutting to produce single sheets of cardboard paper.
3.Coating: The box board paper made is fed into the coating machine, and after filtration, dilution, pH adjustment and other processes, an appropriate amount of coating solution is applied to the surface of the paper and uniformly coated to enhance its strength, wear resistance, water resistance and other properties.
4.Drying: The coated paper is sent into the drying room and dried using high-temperature hot air circulation to a certain moisture content, increasing flexibility and preventing adverse effects such as mold and deformation.
5.Cutting: The dried paper is neatly cut and divided into suitable small pieces by a cutting machine for direct use by customers.
